《遗忘》是一部讲述乌克兰东部地区卢甘斯克市被分离分子占领的故事。故事中，30岁的妮娜是一名乌克兰语言教师，由于无法离开这座城市，她被迫接受重新培训，学习教授俄语。同时，17岁的安德烈是一位战争后成为孤儿的学生。两人的命运交汇在一起，妮娜目睹安德烈因在屋顶悬挂乌克兰国旗而被警察逮捕

"Oblivion" is a story about the city of Lugansk in eastern Ukraine, which has been captured by separatists. In the story, 30-year-old Nina is a Ukrainian language teacher who, unable to leave the city, is forced to retrain to teach Russian. Meanwhile, 17-year-old Andre is a student orphaned after the war. Their fates intersect as Nina witnesses Andrei being arrested by the police for flying a Ukrainian flag on his roof

The film takes people's lives as the background and shows the far-reaching impact of the conflict in Ukraine. As a Ukrainian language teacher, Nina should be free to teach her mother tongue, but she is forced to learn and teach Russian. This change makes her feel very confused and lost. At the same time, Andre, as an orphan, had a sinister life experience and could not escape the shadow of the war. He expressed his love and persistence for his country by flying the Ukrainian flag, but he paid a price for it.

In the movie, the encounter between Nina and Andre becomes a turning point in each other's fate. Nina, as a witness, witnessed the scene of Andre being arrested by the police. This incident touched Nina's desire for justice and freedom deep in her heart, and she decided to get justice for Andre and struggle to break free from oppression. The two supported each other in difficulties and pursued their beliefs together.
